Citizens Energy Corporation was founded by Joseph P. Kennedy II in 1979 to make life's basic needs more affordable. We develop, own and operate utility-scale solar arrays while using our profits to make the renewable energy revolution accessible for all. We currently own and operate the largest low-income community solar project in the country.
