Wellness Program


Hope and Wellness provides a comprehensive, integrated and holistic approach of wellness and well being within your body. How do we do this? We offer online classes in time management skills, life skills, and wellness classes. Life skills are broken down into 3 separate hour long classes and we will discuss communication and interpersonal skills, decision-making and stress management, and the final class is critical thinking and problem solving,  Time management is two classes and each is an hour long. We will discuss different styles of management that can be utilized to effectively manage your time. And the second will discuss ways to effectively manage stress. Finally, our wellness class will review whether there is an overall balance in your work and life. And what can be done to balance out those two to help cope with stress management.
