A licensed Home Inspector (NIBI), and retired California Contractor since 1986, my focus is to provide you with a courteous, professional comprehensive home inspection of your new investment. The Inspector will follow the guidelines spelled out in the ASHI & NAHI Standard of Practice for Home Inspections. Once on your property the inspector will spend + three hours depending on your unique property, and will not leave until the onsite home inspection is complete.

The Inspector will provide you with a link (via Email) to your detailed written electronic report complete with color photographs of the areas of concern online within 24 hrs of the completion of the onsite inspection. This electronic report will provide you with the detailed description of your new investment at the time of the inspection, and can be used as an informational tool for you to clearly see from an unbiased professional viewpoint the condition of your new home prior to purchase.
