LovelyVibez is a safe space for women and mothers who feel like they are alone. Going through some of my toughest times I felt so alone. Even if I wasn't. I felt that way. You just end up saying "No one truly understands my situation" but that's not true. We all experience different things but the effecting damage it has on our mental, emotional and physical health is similar. The objective of my website and podcast is to be able to give women comfort in times they are feeling overwhelmed.
