N2 Consulting is a company that specializes in helping organizations get to the next level in their project management goals. We have been working in Change Management, Project Management and Operations since 2017. We use a combination of continuous improvements methods, project management and Prosci change management methodology. We have also had the opportunity to co-plan two multi million-dollar venues from the concept, design to day-to-day operations that were recently that have opened across the country.
