There are 63 National Parks in the United States, but these are just part of 423 total sites managed by the National Park Service.

This website began as a family quest to make a meaningful visit to all 423 sites. As difficult as traveling to each site can be, it turns out that making each visit a relevant experience for children is the real challenge! Hopefully this site will help provide a brief introduction to what there is to do at each park with kids and how we can help kids learn why each park unit is important enough to be worth preserving and remembering.
