Reel Designs is a new millinery studio based in Kerry creating fabulous hats, headpieces and statement jewelry. All of Reel Designs pieces are designed and handcrafted in Kerry, Ireland. Each piece is unique and carefully crafted for brides, mothers of the brides/grooms and wedding guest. She has also designed some contemporary, award-winning pieces for the ladies days at the races. 


Reel Designs is known for their high-quality products and attention to detail. All pieces are hand-stitched bead by bead by Reelika, who is a passionate designer with an eye for perfection. Each piece is as beautiful on the inside as on the outside, with no detail too small when it comes to making the perfect piece.


Originally from Estonia, Reelika qualified from Mallow College of Design and Tailoring 2011 with a distinction. She received a Highly Commended Certificate for a Medal of Excellence from City & Guilds, London. She opened her millinery studio in Castleisland in September 2019. 


Reel Designs studio welcomes guests to explore the collection of ready to wear pieces, whether they are looking for a small button, pillbox, teardrop or disc hat we have a broad range of hats to choose from.


We also offer a bespoke design service where we create a unique hat, customising the piece especially for the customer to ensure that their hat perfectly matches them, their hair and outfit perfectly. 


Reelika has recently started using original hat blocks designed by her daughter to ensure all hats are truly unique and exclusive to Reel Designs.
