Sancore Animal Rescue and Shelter, based in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana, helps abused, Injured, hungry and stray dogs and cats, who would otherwise be trapped, euthanized, poisoned or eaten, by rescuing and rehoming them. Most of these rescued dogs and cats come to us wounded, abused, or neglected, or are very ill. We have fed and cared for over 800 cats and 1100 dogs the past year. We are the first animal rescue NGO in Ghana. There are no rescues and shelters in Ghana to protect stray, abandoned and abused dogs and cats. Help to make their life a little bearable.
