We get the driveway or parking lot sealed. We start by vigorously cleaning the asphalt and use wire brushes to loosen any compact dirt, mildew, debris, etc. Then we prime any oil stains, tamp down any high spots, fill holes with cold patch asphalt, and fill any large cracks with trowelable crack fill.
