Our journey began in Philadelphia, PA., before joining and retiring from military in 2006. Our careers took us around the world, experiencing cultures such as authentic Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Taiwanese, Sudanese, Indian, Polynesian, and Mediterranean. After much prayer, we launched Spain's Smokehouse Catering and Spices in 2010, quickly building a solid customer base with BIG taste buds and specific nutritional requirements. Hundreds wanted to know how we made our foods taste so good, so we "Put It in a Bottle".
