I am a writer of WW1 Aviation books and offer a research service for descendants of WW1 Royal Air Force personnel. I have also researched the 299 men and women who were buried at the abandoned Hinaidi RAF Peace Cemetery (now known as Ma'Asker Al Raschid RAF Cemetery) in the 1920s and 1930s and am working with the British Embassy in Baghdad and the MoD and CWGC in the UK with the aim of protecting the site and eventually restoring the cemetery and the headstones.
